Private event = Paying (special event or outside club etc)
Reserved = Homeowner use (band practice , poker)

The Metro District Board meeting is the third Monday of every month at 5pm at Clubhouse The HOA Board meets quarterly, but we have adjusted our time to meet at 4:30 in advance of Metro District meeting which will begin at 5pm.
