Metro District Overview

Formed on December 12, 2012, the purpose of the Colorado’s Timber Ridge Metro District(CTRMD) is to provide maintenance, repairs, construction and reconstruction the roads, parks and recreation, including common property of the Colorado’s Timber Ridge Subdivision of Pagosa Springs, Colorado. In the latter part of 2026 CTRMD began to provide for the Enforcement of the Declaration for Protective Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and Improvement Review for Colorado’s Timber Ridge Subdivision as per updated Agreement for Service between CTRMD and CTRHOA.

The Board of Directors are elected to 4 year terms. The Board meets at the Timber Ridge Clubhouse, located at 31 Shooting Star, and the third Monday of each month. The Metro District meeting starts promptly at 6:00 pm.
