We have a variety of social events in 2024! These events are for Timber Ridge residents and their guests only and unfortunately are not open to people who do not live in our neighborhood.

Reserved = Homeowner use (band practice , poker)

Private Wine Dinner
March 22
You are cordially invited to join us for a wine tasting dinner on Friday, March 22nd, at 6:30 pm. We will be hosting the event at the Timber Ridge Clubhouse, and we have prepared a delicious menu of dishes that pair well with different wines. The Cost for the event is $150 per person.
We will have a selection of wines from various regions and styles, and we will guide you through the tasting process and share some interesting facts and stories about each wine.
The Chef has selected an outstanding menu consisting of 4 courses that have been specially paired with exceptional wines.
This will be a fun and relaxing evening, and a great way to enjoy some quality time with friends. The event will be limited to 15 couples. We will limit attendance based on payment received. Please RSVP via text to Lynn Jones 214.215.2741and send payment by Friday March 15, let us know if you have any dietary restrictions. We look forward to a wonderful evening.

Menu
Course 1 – Individual charcuterie and cheese plate with baked brie, parmigiana, fig jam, prosciutto, crostini and marcona almonds paired with champagne.
Course 2 – Seared scallops with English pea puree, shallot oil and micro greens paired with your choice of a pinot noir or chardonnay.
Course 3 – Fillet Medallions with Au Poivre Sauce, Rosemary Fries and butter green beans paired with a Cabernet Sauvignon
Course 4 – Hot fudge sundae with homemade dark chocolate hot fudge, vanilla ice cream and fresh berries paired with a port or dessert wine
