Metro District Overview

Formed on December 12, 2012, the main purpose of the Metro District is to provide maintenance, repairs, construction and reconstruction the roads, parks and recreation, including common property of the Timber Ridge subdivision of Pagosa Springs, Colorado. The Board of Directors are elected to 4 year terms. The Board meets at the CTRHOA’s Clubhouse, located at 31 Shooting Star, and on Zoom on the third Monday of each month. The Metro District meeting starts promptly at 5:00 pm.
