Whether building in Timber Ridge or submitting a request for work to be done, the application and submission must go through the new HOA APP Folio APP. Once you activate your APP you will be able to submit an application for approval. The request will be sent directly to the IRC Committee.

  • Please download the AppFolio Portal APP on your phone for real time tracking of dues, paying for social committee, and the ability to submit IRS (architectural review) applications.
  • Even if you paid via your dues via a check, you will need to activate your home portal in order to receive HOA communications. There is no cost or fee to use the APP.
